Building a strong community inclusive of young adults with special needs is critical to our mission. Being a "Friend of The Center" is about joining us in that mission. As a "Friend of The Center" you are publicly saying that you welcome those with special needs into your home, place of business and are an advocate in your community.

A Friend of The Center is about showing up and standing up for those that can't.

how to be a friend

As a small non-profit we need your help to join us in making a difference. Friends of The Center are invited to special events and promoted on our website.

• Post your "Friend of The Center" sticker at your home or place of business where others can see
• When someone asks about what it means to be a "Friend of The Center" share a little bit about what we offer and why you support us
• Help us host an event or fundraiser for The Center at your home or place of business
• Present a "Take a Card - Give a Card" at your place of business so we may expand our shared network
• Join our newsletter and share our website with your community
